2. 18 U.S.C. 2257 Compliance Notice

All models, actors, actresses, and other persons that appear in any visual depiction of actual sexual conduct appearing or otherwise contained in NobleDolls.com (the “website”) were over the age of eighteen years at the time of the creation of such depictions.

All other visual depictions displayed on this website are exempt from the provision of 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75 because any of said visual depictions which appear to be of sexually explicit conduct is merely simulated. With respect to all visual depictions displayed on this website, whether of actual sexual conduct, simulated sexual content or otherwise, all persons in said visual depictions were at least 18 years of age when said visual depictions were created.

NobleDolls.com is not the primary producer (as that term is defined in 18 USC §2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75 or subsequent case law defining such) of any of the visual content contained in the Website. The original records required pursuant to 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75 for the materials contained in this website are kept by the Custodian of Records for each of the primary producers.

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, NobleDolls.com hereby grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to access and use the Site by displaying it on your internet browser only for the purpose of shopping for personal items sold on the Site and not for any commercial use or use on behalf of any third party, except as explicitly permitted by NobleDolls.com in advance.

Any breach of this Agreement shall result in the immediate revocation of the license granted in this paragraph without notice to you.

4. User Reviews & Comments

Visitors may post reviews, comments, photos, and other content, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties.

You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of content. NobleDolls.com reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content.

If you do post content, unless we indicate otherwise, you grant NobleDolls.com a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

6. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. NobleDolls.com reserves the right, at sole discretion, to cancel any order for any reason.

Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include:

• Limitations on quantities available for purchase.
• Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information.
• Problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of HK.
