From the moment of selection to the thrill of unboxing, here is what you can expect when ordering from Noble Dolls.

Curate & Customize

Whether you fall in love with a ready-to-ship beauty or decide to create a bespoke companion, this is where it begins. For custom orders, take your time selecting skin tone, eye color, and body features.

Note on Appearance: Promotional photos often use professional studio lighting. Your doll's skin tone may appear slightly different in natural home lighting.

Secure Checkout

Review your cart carefully. Ensure your shipping address is accurate and includes a phone number, as couriers require this for delivery.

We accept major Credit and Debit cards via our secure, encrypted payment gateway. Your privacy is protected at every stage of the transaction.

Confirmation & Cooling Off

You will receive an immediate email confirmation. Please review the details one last time.

Need to make a change? If you spot an error or want to change a specification, please contact us within 24 hours. After this period, your order moves to the production floor, and changes may not be possible.

Production & Processing

The timeline depends on the type of doll you selected:

🚀 In-Stock Dolls

These are already manufactured and sitting in our warehouse. We typically pack and dispatch these within 2–5 business days.

🎨 Custom Orders

Your doll is being built from scratch. Production typically takes 3–5 weeks depending on complexity (e.g., implanted hair takes longer).

Quality Control & Photos

Before leaving the factory, every doll undergoes a strict quality check.

  • Custom Orders: We will email you "Factory Photos" (unfiltered, real photos) for your approval. We do not ship until you are satisfied.
  • In-Stock Orders: To preserve the original factory packaging, we do not unpack stock dolls for photos unless specifically requested.

Shipping & Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number. We use premium carriers (UPS/FedEx) for the final leg of the journey.

The "Silent" Phase: Please remember that tracking may not update for 10–15 days while the package travels internationally via air freight. This is normal. It will update once it clears customs in your country.

Arrival & Inspection

When your discreet package arrives, please inspect it immediately.

Important: We recommend taking an "Unboxing Video." If there is any damage or an incorrect item, this video is the fastest way for us to validate your claim and send a replacement free of charge.
