We provide complimentary shipping to most countries globally. However, please be aware that we strictly adhere to international laws; we cannot ship to regions where the import of adult dolls is prohibited.
Remote Area Surcharge: While standard shipping is free, orders destined for remote locations (such as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or isolated islands) may incur an additional logistics fee. Our team will contact you if this applies to your order.
We strive to make the import process as seamless as possible.
For the majority of our customers (USA, EU, UK), we utilize a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service. This means we handle the customs clearance and pay the fees upfront. You simply wait for the delivery.
For specific countries where DDP is not available (including Canada, Australia, Norway, Sweden, South Africa), we cannot prepay the tax. However, we offer a Tariff Support Program:

This is the time needed to manufacture, inspect, and pack your doll before it leaves our facility.

For many international shipments, we utilize a specialized air-bridge service. This results in a two-stage tracking process:

Your privacy is paramount. All dolls are shipped in a plain, unbranded brown carton. There are no images, logos, or descriptions of the contents on the exterior. The shipping label will list generic terms like "Plastic Model" or "Crafts."
Please follow these steps immediately upon delivery:
If the box arrives visibly crushed or wet, please take photos before opening it. If the product inside is damaged, these photos are required to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
In the rare event that the doll does not match your order, please record an unboxing video showing the shipping label, the box, and the doll. Contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement.
If tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact the carrier (FedEx/UPS) immediately to file a claim, and then notify us. Most of our shipments require a signature to prevent this issue.
