Shipping Policy

Global Reach. Private Delivery.

1. Worldwide Availability

We provide complimentary shipping to most countries globally. However, please be aware that we strictly adhere to international laws; we cannot ship to regions where the import of adult dolls is prohibited.

Remote Area Surcharge: While standard shipping is free, orders destined for remote locations (such as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or isolated islands) may incur an additional logistics fee. Our team will contact you if this applies to your order.

2. Customs & Tariff Support

We strive to make the import process as seamless as possible.

Zone A: Duty-Paid Regions (DDP)

For the majority of our customers (USA, EU, UK), we utilize a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service. This means we handle the customs clearance and pay the fees upfront. You simply wait for the delivery.

Zone B: Shared Duty Program

For specific countries where DDP is not available (including Canada, Australia, Norway, Sweden, South Africa), we cannot prepay the tax. However, we offer a Tariff Support Program:

  • We will assist you with the customs paperwork to simplify clearance.
  • We will reimburse 50% of your customs duty costs (up to a maximum of $150 USD).
  • Simply email us a copy of your tax receipt after delivery to claim this rebate.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

To calculate when your order will arrive, please use the following formula:

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Step 1: Processing Time (Warehouse)

This is the time needed to manufacture, inspect, and pack your doll before it leaves our facility.

  • In-Stock Items: 2 – 5 Business Days.
  • Custom Orders: 7 – 12 Business Days (required for custom makeup or body modifications).

Step 2: Shipping Time (Transit)

This is the time it takes for the carrier to transport the package to your door.

4. Understanding Your Tracking

For many international shipments, we utilize a specialized air-bridge service. This results in a two-stage tracking process:

  1. Stage 1 (International Transit): Your tracking number is generated. The status may show "Label Created" or "Pending" while the package travels via air freight to your country's distribution hub. It is normal to see no updates for 10-15 days during this stage.
  2. Stage 2 (Final Delivery): Once the package clears customs in your country, it is handed over to the local courier (FedEx/UPS). The tracking will suddenly update, and final delivery usually occurs within a few days.

We appreciate your patience during the "silent" phase of transit.

5. Privacy & Delivery Options

100% Discreet Packaging

Your privacy is paramount. All dolls are shipped in a plain, unbranded brown carton. There are no images, logos, or descriptions of the contents on the exterior. The shipping label will list generic terms like "Plastic Model" or "Crafts."

Managing Your Delivery

  • Address Changes: Must be requested before the item ships. Once dispatched, rerouting is difficult.
  • Hold at Location: If you cannot be home, you may contact the carrier (FedEx/UPS) directly to hold the package at a local center.
  • Pickup: If you wish to pick up from a courier store, please verify with that specific store location first, as some do not accept large freight packages.

6. Arrival Inspection Protocol

Please follow these steps immediately upon delivery:

📦 Damaged Packaging

If the box arrives visibly crushed or wet, please take photos before opening it. If the product inside is damaged, these photos are required to file a claim with the shipping carrier.

❌ Incorrect Item

In the rare event that the doll does not match your order, please record an unboxing video showing the shipping label, the box, and the doll. Contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement.

❓ Missing Package

If tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact the carrier (FedEx/UPS) immediately to file a claim, and then notify us. Most of our shipments require a signature to prevent this issue.

7. Excluded Destinations

While Noble Dolls strives to serve customers worldwide, we strictly adhere to international shipping laws and local customs regulations regarding adult products.
