Cancellation & Refunds

Fair Policies for Custom Artistry.

1. Order Cancellation Policy

Because our dolls are custom-manufactured works of art, production begins almost immediately after your order is confirmed. Raw materials are allocated and molds are prepared specifically for your build. Due to the speed of our manufacturing process, we have a time-sensitive policy regarding cancellations.

Cancellation Window

If you need to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible.

  • Within 24 Hours: If you cancel within the first 24 hours of placing your order, we can process a refund. Please note that a 10% administrative fee will be deducted to cover non-refundable transaction charges and initial processing costs.
  • After 24 Hours: Once 24 hours have passed, the production of your custom doll is already underway. At this stage, we are unable to accept cancellations or offer refunds, as the materials and labor have already been committed to your specific order.

2. Modifying Your Order

We understand you may want to change a detail, such as eye color or wig style, after placing your order.

Similar to our cancellation policy, we ask that you request any changes within 24 hours. During this window, we can usually update your specifications at no extra cost. After 24 hours, modifications are generally not possible as the doll has likely entered the casting or makeup phase.

3. Return Policy

The "No Return" Standard for Adult Products
For strict hygiene and safety reasons, we generally do not accept returns. We cannot resell a used or opened doll. This ensures that every customer receives a brand-new, pristine product.

Exceptions for Returns

We only consider returns under specific conditions:

  1. You must contact us first. Do not ship anything back without authorization.
  2. The item must be 100% Brand New, Unused, and Unopened.
  3. If approved, you are responsible for Return Shipping Costs (which can be significant for large crates).
  4. A Restocking Fee (25%) will be deducted from the refund to cover sanitation and warehouse handling.

4. Damages & Issues (Warranty)

While cancellations are strict, we fully stand behind the quality of our products. If your doll arrives damaged, we will make it right.

Upon Delivery

You must inspect the package immediately. If you notice damage:

  • Incorrect Item: If the doll looks completely different from your order, send us an Unboxing Video showing the shipping label, box, and doll. We will arrange a replacement.
  • Severe Damage: If the doll is structurally damaged during shipping, file a claim with the carrier (FedEx/UPS) and contact us. We will send a replacement doll.
  • Minor Issues: For small cosmetic issues, we may provide a repair kit or replacement parts (e.g., a new finger or head) rather than replacing the entire body.

Missing Package: If tracking says "Delivered" but you don't have it, contact the carrier immediately. We recommend selecting "Signature Required" at checkout to prevent theft.

5. Refund Processing & Legal Notice

Refund Timeline

Processing Speed: Once your cancellation is confirmed, we will usually process your refund within 48 hours.

After we process the refund, please allow time for your bank to post the funds to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 7–10 Business Days

Dispute & Chargeback Warning

We are a professional retailer committed to resolving issues amicably. Please contact us before contacting your bank.

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first will freeze your order and delay any potential resolution. If a customer receives their order and then files a fraudulent chargeback, we reserve the right to pursue legal action to recover the funds and legal fees.
